motsu is kinda dead,
openening skills = not working

Same here. Also in Isenairos, Saila and Aramachi. And my internet connection is running like a charm

Of course possibly it wouldn't be so bad if half of EVE didn't use Motsu for L4 mission-running.

Im also wery glad to read this tread now where im stuck in motsu
Im also glad that ccp coresponded that they are working on the problem but however i think they should be working on fixing the problem insted

A system can only take oh so many ravens...
Please give us more caldari navy L4 agents in other systems and problem solved...

I've been emergency warping on 2 different chars (not online at the same time) over several jumps in Fountain. Also, just had a funny bug where all mods just randomly offlined at jumpin

What you need is a clue.
There are plenty of L4 Caldari agents around. It's just that fools like you refuse to go looking for them. Motsu/Saila etc have been bad for two years now and I have zero sympathy for people that still insist on flocking there.
There is no reason to stick to those systems or that region

why not have the agents' quality be different to each pilot? then everyone would have a different qual 18 lvl 4 navy agent instead of jamming into the same system.
just because ccp hate PvE doesn't mean some people only want to play that way.
you'd only have to generate it once at char creation or something.
Or have like 8 variations that are randomly assigned. That would leave 32 (rounded up) people in Motsu and the rest would be elsewhere.
Would spread out the load and make threads like this disapear.

Agents are one of the things that make trade hubs. Spread them out and your salvage prices will take a dump because the people buying that stuff in bulk are going to go where the volume is.
