Star Fish does have a point though. CCP is a company first and foremost; a game operator secondly. Customer service should be one of their first priorities. If they want to lure more customers (= higher revenue) or old customers back then they should be willing to provide one free jump to get you back in the game. If Star Fish had known that he was going to come back in the situation he is in, he might have not bothered.
And maybe they should save people from gatecamps if they threaten to quit over it?

If you go into your options menu, there's a difficulty slider. Put that all the way over to the easiest setting and you'll be fine. |

You really shouldn't have a problem getting back to empire space using the warp to 0km option now in the game, as well as just logging out if a gate is camped on the other side. Of course logging out would make you really cheap, I'm just saying that there really isn't ANY risk to traveling if you're sufficiently cheap.

just wanted to place an update here, not sure if any1 still reading this but on my mad dash for the nearest NPC station i got bubbled and podded. looks like i did get some money for my battleship some 40 some mil, not so bad... but i didnt have a clone for some odd reason, i had one before, **** i even have an email about them moving it from the nearby station to empire but for some odd reason the grade got lowered to the lowest tier. now im out a **** ton of skillpoints.
