Its insane alot of ppl cant register accounts .
When played WoW their subscribtion pages worked so sweet,if something happened they repaired it for a week!
Or you will lose the big percent of players.

You can be happy that you don't can register...what also can happen is that
CCP takes 71,70 EUR from your bank account and only gives you 1 month of playtime.
Then you wait for 20 days in the petition queue until your account runs out.
Nice job, CCP.
Please CCP, i am an unworthy customer and don't want to bother you too much.
You have my money, please give me some playtime for it. I would also settle with only
3 month after this crazy customer service now.

Billing petitions are one of the first to be awnsered. If you filled out a petition correctly, then there's no reason you shouldn't of had an awnser by now (they take 1-3 business days max for billing in my experience).

Yeah, unless i wouldn't have this problem right here, i also wouldn't believe that this can and is happening...
I have been escalated to the Senior GM Queue 16 days ago. No word since then. Account is set to expire this week, with CCP sitting on my money.
And i have 3 more friends with similar problems.
If the account expires, i will cancel all my 3 accounts until this is resolved. This is no way to handle your customers.

the think about wow is not true. atleast not the eu site. damn that freaking account manager page was a hell to get into, and pay for the next month..
