I get "no contracts found" under my contracts, issued to, finished
I get issued to me and my corp 2 or 3 contracts daily, so it isn't like there aren't any contracts to find
This is highly inconvenient since i can't check how many minerals various alliance members have contracted me or contracted to corp and so can't work out how much i owe them say if they want a discount on their ship
Anyone else had this problem? Is it to do with recent transaction bugs or is there a workaround?
I seem to remember before that this feature did work, so seems it has broken since

I've noticed this effect aswell in regards to Courier missions
I can't find contracts that are issued to (or accepted by) me.
Either using contracts or journal windows
If anyone finds a workaround please let me know.

Yep, same here. Clearly something is bugged. I accepted 3 courier contracts. Two do not show up at all (made pickups very interesting, not sure just how I'm going to complete them). The third shows for about four seconds in my "Requires Attention" window, then blinks off.
Contract/escrow revamp already made Courier business a royal PIA; this is a real killer.

Ok I managed to find partly solves on this...
Couriers: use the contract history (what contracts you view last) so make sure to view the courier contract you do want to be the last ones you see and don't browse other untill you are done with them.
General: Use another character to see which contracts have been finished and accepted by yourself.
