again still wont work because the failforum turns the ampersand into the htmlentity "&" on the link warning.
you have to paste it into the browser, clicking the link will not work

perhaps you just got lucky with quirks mode in explorer, because this link issue has been a major issue since the forum went live.
you can't post links with ampersands or spaces because the warning page converts those characters for display, but fails to pass unconverted characters to the address bar.
it could be that the newest IE is handling quirks mode better.
