Hi, well I have been doing alot of solo/small gang pvp in 0.0 for a while, and recently my trusty raven has been showing its weaker side thanks mainly to NOS's and lack of DPS (I mean compared to a blasterthron) so I am left with a dilema, do I stick with the raven and just hope that I hit the right ships, do I swap for a blasterthron, but risk getting caught by multiple smaller ships and not being able to hit them (and my armor tanking isnt great) or do I go for a nighthawk (which I hear is a solid ship but I have never personally used) so I ask:
Please give me some info on what these ships are good/bad at in pvp and which one would suit my sort of pvp the best

If your going to be in gangs i guess you'll have tacklers present. I normally use the raven in this situation as it can choose damage types - something a thron can't do-, and NOS doesn't prevent it's weapons from operating. You mentioned that you have poor armor skills so you could actually use a blaster rokh instead as dps wise it is just a small % worse than the blasterthron.

Could go with the burn eden raven setup:
6x T2 siege launchers, 2x heavy nos
4x T2 sensor damp, 2x T2 sensor booster
armor tank ------------------------

You'll prolly need AWU 5 and RCU's to fit the seiges/nos/large repper.
