Ive been away from eve for ~2 years and just resubbed yesterday. Im an amarr pilot. Best u can fly arr t1 bcs and bs
Now my goal is c2/c3 sites and lvl 3/4 missions.
I have a harb/geddon but both seem meh.
Atm i live in minm space just because my assets were hauled there and my standings there are decent but npcs have huge em resists.
Atm im training for an amarr interdic for reasons not related.
My question - should i switch regions/change ships because geddon is trash or train into a complely different faction ships?
I can fit t2 lasers beams and t2 armor/shield tank. |

it seems you already know the answer to your question
if your minmitar standings are high does that mean you have tanked you amarr standings? if you have, it wont be easy moving back to amarr, less than -2.0 means you can only run lv1 missions. see "the plan" if you want to fix them.
amarr space is certainly more suited to the em damage done by lasers. but the geddon and prophecy can be fit as missile/drone boats to enable you to choose your damage type
another option is just cross training into another race of ships and guns- doesnt actually take long to get lv4 battleship and lv4 large guns which is plenty for running missions |

1st corp i joined was a losec minm corp so yes, i did tank my standing quite abit.
Totally forgot to mention i can already use t2 miisiles up to heavy and t1 cruise and t1 sentries.
Ill have to recheck my standing and maybe grind that out but the easier solution seems to train into another race.
Ive used a geddon as a cruise shield spider tank in a duo which worked on sleeper but when soloing in mi space it just lacks dps.
I always keep putting off the crosstraining. |

No need to cross train, just carry on with missile and drone skills,
Geddon has launcher hardpoints and a nice drone bandwith so actually offers a lot af versitility, same with the prophecy and arbitrator, all can do the droney missiley thing and the t2 line have some badass missile boats.
The Curse, the Sacralidge and the Daaaaaaaamnation, are some outstanding missile ships.
Edit: Forgot to mention the ham legion, this is one of my alltime favorite ships in eve.
Ham legion with the neut sub can spook entire small gangs its hilarious, ive seen them just "nope" out and run when they get eyes on it.
Ham prophecy is quite good, infact its synonimous with getting ****ed by a gang as its capable of a massive passive buffer tank and capless guns so its pretty much the bait bc
