Space Perverts and Forum Warriors United is joining alliance. Name of the alliance is Cult of War. We are on trial. I have ordered all our pilots to move to Cult of War area.
I thank all our enemies and hope you will still come after us. Also I hope we will get many more enemies. CA we are comin for you 
I personally want to thank Lvirus and Pepperami to make this possible. I truly hope we will live up to your standards and we can become part of your fine group.

Speedie is a great pilot and we were all very sad when he left CVA. As someone who flew many ops with him I am sure he will be a great asset to Cult of War and I don't say that about many Minmatars! 
Not only is CoW gaining a great pilot they are also gaining a Minmatar who understands the true place of the Amarrian Empire in the universe.
As for his diplomacy skills - well - I think even Speedie would agree that they are blunt to say the least - but I am not sure CoW are in need of subtle diplomats
