So, EVE is broke in so many ways atm it makes me sick. you all know of the millions of problems.
So, what are you doing while waiting for EVE to be fixed?
I have tryed Vanguard for about 20 min, then decided it was a waste of money. Then I tryed Lineage II and its sucking a fair ammount, but i am almost lvl 20 now. I just bought Guild Wars Nightfall yesterday, I havent tryed it yet but I hear it is nice PVP. I thought about trying WoW but all the horror story I hear about and I dont even want to go there. IS THERE ANYTHING OUT THERE THAT COMPAIRS TO EVE? Is there anything you play besides EVE atm while waiting for EVE to be fixed?
Please dont flame me for just asking questions, If you dont like my post dont respond please. Those of you who want to have a discussion about what to do while EVE is broken please post on.
I tryed making some food and taking a nap but when I loged in EVE was still the same.

I'm doing what I've done for the last 4 years and more. Playing eve whilst waiting for it to get better. It hasn't disappointed me yet.

I'm playing the many parts of Eve which are not broken.

If you go into your options menu, there's a difficulty slider. Put that all the way over to the easiest setting and you'll be fine. |

well, I tryed to do missions again because im geting sick of blobing around 0.0 but the lag is so bad I cant do the missions. And the lag is so bad blobbing around it just isnt fun anymore. Cant try invention because its "broken".
Maybe my problem is (almost sure of it) that iv been playing 4 years now and kinda bored with everything. Id love to do missions but again the lag is too bad to do them.

Civ 4.They have worse connection issues but the game is great and the players are vicious, much more so than the AI. Haven't won yet, not completely embartassed myself either and have been ready to throw the computer thru the window several times(for various reasons.)
Then there are always those non-massively multiplayer games.

so let me ask this, Is there any game that can stand up to EVE. Is there anything else that is worth playing? I know asking the EVE community this question will get me the same responce 90% of the time. But i know there must be a few people out there in my shoes, with the same question.

cool, Ill look into Civ 4. thanks. The lag thing kinda turnes me off though. But itw worth a try :) I need a addiction again.

didnt know it was broken, enjoying myself experiencing all the great things about eve, never had this lag some talk about (maybe its their systems/internetz) having people invest in me and making wealth for us all.

It sure is, EVE Rocks!! ( when it is not lagging) I have done just about everything there is to do, and am geting bored with it. If the lag wasnt so bad doing lvl 4's id be as happy as a bug in a rug. I think when they change the missions it will help alot. but until then where can i get my fix? I need to get my heart pumping again without leaving my chair
