4 Lo Slots

Hi-Slots
Doesn't matter if they are HAM's, RLML's or HLM's you want 6 of them.

Mid-Slots
1 Shield Booster
2 Hardeners
1 AB
Mix of TP/Missile Guidance/Web

Lo-Slots
3 BCU
1 Missile Guidance

Rigs
Cap Regen, Missile Mods, Resistances ... whatever you need to balance/fix



For exploration/WH's
it's a whole different setup
you'll only have up to 4 Launchers max, the other 2 slots will be probe launcher & cloak
it's also going to be a 2nd tengu in your garage collection

also it's worth pointing out that whilst a basic T2 fit Tengu can do L4's comfortably ..... there are better options

the only time you should ever see 5 launchers on a L4 tengu is if it's running an oversized Booster/AB fit.

https://o.smium.org/loadout/87511 is a good starting point. However, for your first few sites you should drop a guidance computer for a shield boost amp. Your tank depends on keeping good transversal from the battleship spawns.

You should also consider starting with the fit linked in the description of that fit - it has a higher capacitor profile and tank, at the cost of some DPS.

Also, this is only for anoms, you'll need more tank for data/relic sites but that's kind of a given (for any class of WH the data/relic is much harder than anom)

Don't use the level 4 tengu for c3 sites, sleepers can web you super far out and you will get rekt with a 300 dps tank.

Depending on the site you're running as well your cap stability may need to be better to counter the neuts.

In a C3 the largest incoming DPS on a site is about 1400 but you'll probably want to avoid that since it's a relic site anyway.

If you stick to the others the most you will ever have to tank is around 800 DPS

This fit does 713 DPS to battleships at around 30km, the ones thar orbit further out you can switch to javelin which drops you down to 475 DPS but 60km+ range. You can always burn towards it and switch to high damage ammunition also.
You'll be using CN scourge for the most part which is 607 DPS @ 40km

Tank on it is 855 DPS omni which means you should be able to do every anomaly with no problems

It has a +29.8 GJ/s capacitor delta meaning you can tank the neuts of any site as well (not the relic or data ones ofc)

This fit requires a 1% power grid implant also since it's 0.25 power grid over (sadface:()

I also took cost into consideration and it comes in at a cool 607m, should take around 3 hours to pay itself off.

Obviously this is also capable of doing level 4 missions.
