ASCN is dead. No one is masquerading as a former member of a dead alliance. If anything, they'd be masquerading as non-BoB affiliated alts.

Given the way the ASCN forums were run, are you sure anyone's access was ever removed? Even if it was, the fact that he was on the short list is hardly conclusive evidence.
