What would you do with 10 billion isk? looking at the price of some stuff 10 billion is not really alot to get worked up about i don't think it would last to long, so if you had it how would you spend it? |

Hmm ... according to zKill I spend between 500-1000M ISK per months on PvP, so 10B would fund my play for a year.

Buy a bunch of cheap combat ships, yolo around low/null, and see if you can make that 20B as a pirate?

Boast about it in local and offer to double your isk if you can follow some simple rules.
Newbies, this happens, people give their money to people who do this; you can guess what happens next 
If you're daft enough to fall for it, CCP will not return your losses; ingame scams are not against the rules.
TL;DR If it looks too good to be true it's a scam; if it looks legit, check again, it might be a well disguised scam.

I'd recommend just playing EvE and having fun until it is all gone. That's been my plan, but I keep making more along the way, without really trying to. |

As a new player (which is probably what this person kind of wants to know), I would invest in at least 2 skill injectors and then train up the relevant skills to get you independent and making significant ISK by yourself.
this could be ratting in null in a cruiser or null exploration or something else.
I would save the rest of the ISK until I knew a bit more about the game and open more doors for more advanced ways of making ISK such as incursions, multiple account PI etc. |

Ten billion isn't a lot.
I'm not spacerich, although I am space middle class. My assets total a bit under a quarter of a trillion ISK, assuming i sell them at market value (probably closer to 150b at firesale prices).
Ten billion is enough, however, that you can be fairly reckless in ships around the 50-100m pricerange.

spend half of it on PLEX
use the 5 months worth of gameplay for finishing support skills and spaceship skills.
then see if i can improve my PI facilities to produces Tier 2 materials, maybe Tier 3 so i can start producing more PLEX withing those first 5 months.
the remaining time in game would be either spent in small scale PvE, Wormholes or maybe some casual pvp.
the rest of the moeny is for saving up on PLEX for future endeavors |

Hand out fitted frigates to a swarm of newbros and attempt to go on a feeding frenzy. Hand out ISK to all participants after successful kills. Engage people in some of the lore of the game by asking lore trivia for ISK rewards. Repeat until funds are depleted. |

Interestingly, I currently have almost exactly 10b isk, so I know exactly what I would do with it: Decide that I can entirely stop trying to make ISK in this game and instead just spend all my time PVPing.
When I eventually drop back below 5 billion, my tune may change, but that's months away at least. |

I'll throw out some random ideas.
1. Buy a few capital ship BPOs, spend 2-5b on them
2. Find someone to research those BPOs for a fee, while you hold his ISK as collateral (use third party where necessary)
3. Now you should have a bit leas than 10b to play with, while your BPOs are being researched by someone else
4. Use about 3~5b on materials/products you think will rise in price in 1~2 months. Hold on to them till the target price
5. Use the rest if liquid ISK for station trading, active trading is good for this amount of budget
6. Unless something went horribly wrong, by the time the 'researcher' has finished reaearching, you should be able to give his ISK back + research fees
7. At this point you would have something close to the original 10b, plus researched cap BPOs
8. Your NAV has increased \o/
You can then use the fully researched BPOs as collateral for bigger loan/bond, and progress from there with bigger ISK pool to trade with
I'm not a good business person, so take my comments with pinch of salt. ;)

Toobo is a lucky talisman - use Toobo's referral for IWI and you too can be lucky. ;)
