Has anyone else seen this? When you click on anything there's a 1-3 second delay and the whole game seems to freeze during that period before everything comes back. FPS monitor goes from 60 fps to under 30 fps during that period. Do I need to tweek my settings? I'm running Windows10 Pro 16 GB Ram, AMD FX8350 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti graphics card. |

I haven't seen anything like that and I am running on a system with lower specs than what you're quoting.

The client was probably downloading assets, when you experience lag look in the bottom left corner, if the circular symbol is going round and round, that is what is happening.
Fix the Prospect! New Server Hardware!

Nope. I just watched it happen again. The whole screen just freezes for a few seconds. |

Maybe full hard drive? Mine's full, though I'm about to swap it out for a different one, going from an old Seagate 1T to a Western Digital Black 2T.
Btw, what's with pointing out the resource loading circle people keep doing? It's never changed or looked any different to me ever since they fixed the resource loading lag that was happening on gates when it was first added. Back then it would only show up when the game was loading stuff, and consequently, stuttering badly. It's always visible to me and has been since CCP fixed that issue. Should it not be?

My hd is 1TB. Right now it is using 700GB. Seems like I have plenty of space. I'm sure there's plenty I can clean out. It's just odd that this started happening after the last update. I hate to just blame it on that without any facts the back it up but that's the only clue that I have at this point. |

Well a bit off track, but I noticed gas and dust clouds in mission pockets are absolutely destroying my frame rate now and way more than usual. What the hell did they do to them?
The do look a bit different then last I remember. Normally I get at worst about 50-60 fps with a cloud filling up my screen, now I can't get more than 25-30 in BR Blockade even zoomed all the way out (which use to give me over 100 zoomed out).

okay well I got rid of about 300GB just by deleting all but my most recent restore points. We'll see if that helps! |

IMHO did they change the clouds to DirectX 11.
And if you have freezing problems let the ressource monitor run along while playing to get a hint where the problem might be. |
