I think there where at least one back in the days.  But I guess the concept failed since CCP never introduced micro payment through the ingame browser. <grr..>

Shouldn't an IGB compatible site still be compatible with browsers out of game? I ask because out of game, in IE7, there is no scroll bar to scroll the site, and see the whole page...
