Yep, I will some stats when I come around to it, the whole event was quite work intensive
I just wanted to add that I gave out a Mining Foreman Mindlink as additional special prize to Beletre for "humanitarian efforts" <-- that will hopefully play a role again in another event *grin* \o/

Edited by: Beletre on 16/04/2007 16:32:14 Not sure how everyone else went about their entries, but when I'd heard that slaves entered into the contest would be freed afterwards, became the focus of the project to me. Winning would be nice, but freeing slaves is more important.
So after an entry of a little over 100,000 slaves, in addition to other dancers, Siri Blue was kind enough to toss in a special 'Humanitarian' prize for my carebear ass.
The 'Mining Foreman Mindlink' is something I can put to good use. Thank you, Siri.

This is the price of one moderately multicultural Malediction:
1531 Exotic Dancers * 87 Freed Slaves *** 1 Freedom Fighter ** 977 Homeless *** 1245 Janitors ** 3630 Marines ** 30 Militants ** 1150 Refugees *** 1150 Tourists ** --------------- Total: 9801 (= 99^2) humans.
* 1 entry each - subtotal: 1531 ** 1/2 entry each - subtotal: 3028 *** 1/4 entry each - subtotal: 553.5
Total entries: 5112.5 - only about 1/5 of Beletre's mammoth entry, but for about 1/10 the number of humans. Did you actually use a freighter to move all of those?
15 Slaver Hounds also sneaked on board somehow - I think they belonged to some of the homeless people
I'll be better prepared for the next event, so watch out...

Just want to say a big thank you to Siri for organising this event and the Beta Neural boost I won. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the dance off but it sounds like you all had a blast!

Edited by: Beletre on 18/04/2007 14:13:17 Let me check my notes....
19 Elite Slaves (4.75) 6960 Exotic Dancers (6960) 10 Homeless (2.5) 451 Janitors (225.5) 210 Marines (105) 1424 Refugees (356) 101,871 slaves (25,467.75) 362 Tourists (181)
Total, 111,307 individuals, 33,302.5 entries.
I think. I didn't keep real firm track of my numbers. And moved the majority of them around in a Itteron V with a bunch of cargo expanders.
Oh, also helped with refreshments. 5057 frozen food, 70 long-limbed roe eggs, 50,000 Quafe, 3556 Spirits, and 44,000 water.
I've picked up a bad habit of impulse shopping....
(edit: missed a decimal. Knew that number seemed too big)

Edited by: Siri Blue on 21/04/2007 19:34:42 All prizes except two +2 implants have been claimed. The remaining 2 implants will be added to the next event I'll host (hopefully soon).
I hope everyone had a lot of fun and will join my next little event as well ;)
Cheers Siri
P.S.: The total number of entries was 69640 by the way.

Beletre - surely all the numbers are in your contracts history? Or did you direct trade some of your 'entries'?
Anyway, great event - I'll have to have a look at the Amarrian markets next time... ------ Spreadsheets: Top speed calculation - Halo Implant tanking |

Sounds like it was a great success.
Unfortunately I was detained planetside most of the day or I would have been there rooting for Frolicking Flock, the highly-talented Livestock spectacular.
