When I played this game last year, I believe I was on a trial...30 day trial or something. There was a lot of hairstyles to choose from.
But now that I'm on this 14 day trial, during the customization, I have only 3 hairstyles to choose from, and sometimes 2. It was never like this before, unless they changed it.
what's going on? |

No, that's a bug.
Happens with clothes too.
If relogging doesn't help, try clearing your cache!

Clearing cache will solve the problem. It's not really much of an issue if it only happens with things like hair styles because that is easily solved. If it happens with skin tone for instance that's much more of an issue, if that's the case then go to support and create a ticket, explain the situation and ask for a full re-sculpt. |

I'm having more issues. Each time I clear the cache and go to customize something, something else is missing.
What does "clear all settings" do? Does that delete my characters?
If anyone can help, it would be awesome.
