After still "recent" events and yes even though they arent talked about much are still current. if it was a joke it would have been in very very poor taste to say the least. Most cheeters dont joke about being cheeters directly after being caught.

You just believed what you may call "BoB arrogance" they even give a [Dev] Tag on their ships name, that's just bragging and arrogance. And their way to live with the t20 scandal and have fun with it.
A GM will look at the response from your client wich are all logged into the server to determine if lag was or not an issue. It's not even lag it's hardware related in my case. I got at least 2 blockade runner refund because (first case) I jumped into a gatecamp but sadly my virtual memory was full when I loaded the scene wich made the game froze horribly when windows extended the virtual memory. When 15 min later the scene was loaded I saw ship firing dozens of missile with no interaction whatsoever (the client didnt caught my death).
The second time I undocked from a station in Gelfiven and a privateer camp outside nuked my ship. I received the damage message while the screen was still black. I had no interaction possible, so I lost my ship -due to lag-.
Wich is a fair way to get those replaced. No bob related thing intended.
Btw, the gm that look at the petition relay the petition if the petition concerns his own corp / own alliance.

True or not, the lag excuse works very often, there are certainly some that abuse, but that's just dust in the wind.

The cheaters don't joke about it, the members of the Bob alliance who had no clue about t20, t2 bpos or other stuff are joking about it. And tbh, with people like the Op running about it obviously works very well

Well if GM return there ships 95% and the GM did return loses to others ( 100% maybe? ), I think clearly there is a GM plot to reduce by 5% the return rate of BOB, compared to others.
