Elite power brokers' secret meeting
The EvE financial and political elite are to hold a closed meeting at Neferis Chanderllain Estates located at Amarr Prime.
The purpose of the meeting is to bring together representatives from Government, Industry, War houses, Science and Academia to focus on future program strategies and investment opportunities.
These chosen representatives will have the opportunity to influence Sani Sabik future investment strategy and explore new ideas and concepts. The value of estimated business and contracts are to surpass 50 Billion.
Who can attend?
The attendance is made up of Religious Authorities, Chancellors, Ministers, CEOs, Ambassadors, Diplomats of High Profile Alliances, High- Technology investors, Universal bankers, news media executives, and wealthy industrialists. The meetings are by "invitation only", and no "outsiders" in the news media will be allowed, except by special invitation.
All participants, their staff members and resort employees will wear photo identification tags with micro-chips. They will have separate colors to identify the wearer as a participant, staff, or employee. A computer chip "fingerprint" will assure the identity of the card's wearer.
Any intruders are to manhandled-cuffed, tortured, or if resisting or fleeing, shot.
Each Organization will receive shortly a number of seats. Feel free to nominate potential attendees for further approval or denial of entrance. The nomination is to be done privately, directly to Lady Revan Neferis.
List of Organizations will be published at a separate newsletter.

Unless you'll be one of the participants, which I doubt you'd qualify, the meeting is secret and closed doors. The announcement of the location and the Alliances will not reveal their representants.

Thank you for publicly announcing this. I'm sure the Theology Council will be very interested in the fact that not only does a pronounced heretic and self-proclaimed enemy of the Empire still have estates on Amarr Prime, they're using them to hold insurgency meetings.
I doubt any businessmen foolish enough to attend will remain in business within the Empire for long.

Not really much to be honest. I think the estimate falls short considering Ms Neferis' considerable power of hiring large mercernary outfits on her chosen targets on a whim.

For obvious matters, I'll proceed strictly remaining on topic despite the attempts of highjacking from the sick loyalists who obviously doesn't have even the propper outfit to join a metting of this level of importance.
Regarding the questions sent, I'll answer one by one here at open forum so the members can do the best to prepare.
1- What's the Minimum bid to participate at the business proposals and are we dealing with shares as well?
Answer: Minimum wallet requirement for entrance at the meeting is 5 Billion. Lady Mebrithiel Ju'wien is correct, Mr. Kaox the number of 50 Billion exposed is highlighted greatly by "surpass"
In a small mathematics, I have opened 50 seats each day, each attendee 5 Billion minimum. You can expect a minimum of 250 Bill BTB to be dealt at this meeting, as propper of Sani Sabik.
And yes, we will be dealing with stockmarket as well.
2- Is this meeting the Incognito announcement?
Answer: No. This is a business meeting, the Incognito is a social gathering. Your admitance and invitation to one doesn't grant you acess to the other and vice-versa.
3- Will I be able to do my own market seelings there?
Answer: The meeting will be stritcly moderated by Sani Sabik Officers. Every market transaction operating will be coordenated properly by the moderators.
4- Will you have private offices where we can deal our terms and business directly with you, away of prying eyes of other guests?
Answer: Yes. I'll mark an appointment during the day of the meeting, each organization will have 30 minutes of private access to my office to deal business of delicate nature.
5- My alliance was not invited, can I still join ?
Answer: No. If you feel you're a pilot doing your own business and with the financial and political influence at level requested, contact me privately by eve-mail and I'll see your situation.

Yes. I thought those were confiscated quite a while ago when Revans involvement with anti-empire cultists was discovered.
If not I would be most dissapointed in the lax attitudes of the local authorities, they might deserve a re-location to the nearest slave labour camp.

1- The request for an extra seat from the Cartel is granted.
2- All representantes from the alliances are ACCEPTED so far.
3- The proposal to higher the minimum entrance wallet requirement is Accepted. from 5 Bill, to 7.5 Bill.

I was given the task to be the Organizer of one of the events that will take part inside the Sani Sabik meeting; the Conferences.
These conference agendas are designed to help you focus your attention concerning the issues within our scope of debate.
The agendas offer a direction for your research. You must be familiar with your Organization's position on the issue areas and the questions posed in the conference agenda. Your tactics will be more effective if you are also aware of the positions of the Sani Sabik with which you are negotiating.
Rules
The Conferences are open to the Alliance and corporation members invited and accepted at the metting. Each Organization may request more seats, the extra participants will be able to participate at the conference, but not the main meetings. I'm surprised that the Coreli don't have some sort of presence in these meetings. I guess all politicians are susceptible to making silly oversights like that when it comes to the lucrative booster industry, which is more powerful than any mind-slave enterprises or indeed, the "nightlife" industry. Oh wait, no they aren't, it's just you. I find it difficult to have a business choice like "sex or boosters?" and come out choosing sex - a less elegant, less worthy, and less lucrative business option.
I hence question your business sense.

Due to change of plans on my private life planetside I have started with the private negociations of the Sani Sabik meetings in regular basis. You'll be receiving private mails with your specific time.
The negociations will be interrupted from 22 mars 24:00 eve till 26 mars 24:00 eve time where I'll be taking another holiday at the Amarrian Riviera.
The first negociations occured today between The Sani Sabik and 3 leaders of their respective invited Alliances.
