Can you please tell me which are the most lucrative missions - Storyline or just the standard Agent missions?

Storyline usually gives better reward that normal missions. However, you can not select to take storyline missions unless they are offered you and that will happen for each 16th normal mission.
And: Storyline mission usually have a huge impact on the main faction while standard mission only gives faction for the company the agent is connected to.

Actually, both vary enormously. I would guesstimate that the largest mission reward may be 10 times the smallest mission reward you will see, same level, same agent, same everything. The rewards are tied to mission difficulty, and the missions are randomly drawn and vary widely.
Storylines vary a lot too. So not point generalizing on this.
What is true is that storylines are the only way to get faction standing boosts, and sometimes they offer juicy things like implants and those can be the very best rewards of all. But only sometimes. The ISK rewards on storylines in my opinion are never very much to write home about.
And depending on what level you are doing, loot and salvage can easily dwarf the mission reward anyway (the higher the level the more this is true). And regular missions come out ahead of storylines on this count.
Don't know where you're trying to go anyway since as pointed out, there's no way to get the storylines without doing the other first.

Bilanto and Prant are both right. You do have to do the agent missions to get to the storyline missions. It takes 16 agent missions, without turning any of them down, to get a storyline offered. Storylines do offer better items though.
