He's posting here, because he has in the past shot at the protectors of your alliance.
He points out a fact, that you later point out. UNLESS thiere is a competant commander from another alliance such as BOB, AXE, or other that xelas by and large are busy mining/hiding/npcing, and or plain ol terrified of thier own shadows. of course thier are a few exceptions but by and large, you and your alliance are not what we would say a PvP orginization. wich really if you would just accept it and let it go people could no longer get your goats so to speak. perhaps what you've failed to see, although been quick to pronounce on others. You do not deserve the space your alliance rents. you cannot control it. you cannot defend it. and when the time comes, you will be run under the bus as the "big dawgs" lets call them, start playing ping pong in fountain. it really does not take a rocket scientest, or a spy to see that sooner or later the conflict in the south will rage in and around BoB assets in places like fountain, delve, perod basis etc...
as I understand it Co-Allition forces already in the Lower aridia area, and upper Fountain some good fights have even been reported.

if by Not renting you mean paying great tribute to BoB then I guess your right. lets see, therer not allowed to do the 10/10's and they send a few freighters of minerals south a week to be allowed to stay in Fountain, nope I guess it aint rent, it is indeed a tribute.
