My Research agent demands mission at 2 am GMT (3 am CET). I didn't start it at that time, and others report that they get their missions exactly 24h after starting the research. Isn't it a bit unfair to let some agents be asking for missions at times when ordinary people can't play? Remember pls, research stops while a mission is waiting to be done.

Research stops, but when you complete the mission you get all the RP's plus a little boost. You will always have 24 hours to complete the mission. So as long as you do your one mission a day, it does not matter when the eve-mail is sent.

I should add that if you don't do the mission at all, you still get all the normal rp's for that day when the 24 hour period ends. Just no boost.

Thx, that help a lot to silence a corp mate of mine who is a bit overeager to explain why his agent is better then mine, and why it was a waste of money to get that expensive skill. Lets wait and see, who ends up with a BP :).

Edited by: Albar Gray on 21/12/2003 08:42:55 Thanks for the tip about getting the days RP even after not doing the mission. That will make me much happier about going on holiday for a week
Do you know if there is any penalty for declineing the mission ----------------------------------------------- IÆm not schizophrenic... ThatÆs my alt

There are always consequences....
Never ever doing a mission or refusing every mission will erode your standings eventually to the point where your agent will just break off contact with you. This also applies to other interactions you have with the company, like with other agents. You must maintain your standings to continue research, or the whole project eventually gets scrapped.
As for the holiday....no you can't go for a week. Because if you win a bp lottery, you only have a week to see your agent before the bp goes back in the lottery pool. So, 6 day holidays are the max.

48 hours, not a week.
(note to self: scan DB for logon times. Only offer blueprints to players when they are preditably going to be offline for 48 hours+... )

Wahoo! I'm in! Finally, having no life whatsoever is going to pay off
Papa, you'll never be able to find a time when I'm going a whole 48 hours without logging in
