I can confirm that... it happens to me as well. Ordinary T2 stuff seems to be fine, just not ships.

Best to let the dev's decide what's needed? A reboot might not have ANY effect whatsoever other than consuming 30 minutes or more that could have been spent trying to narrow down the problem?

The section under RIGS implies it's a floater ---
The fitting window can now be opened in space next to a ship assembly array thus allowing rigs to be fitted to ships in space.

Bug report page not working -
500 - Internal Error
The server was unable to process your request.
Support personel has been notified, no further action is needed.
Also...
When you right click a gun, or launcher in space.. the first time you do it, you get a huge "freeze" for 3-4 seconds.

Crow BPO can not be built in a regular NPC station. Suspect other T2 Ship BPO's are the same?

From here - http://myeve.eve-online.com/updates/knownissues.asp, it tries to go http://bugs.eve-online.com, that page doesn't display.
