You're forgetting possibly the biggest one, the "destroyed items" section of every killmail.
No, no ISK disappears from the game because of destroyed items. The ISK already changed hands when you bought the items and has nothing to with the items after that. The only part that is lost is in the various fees payed when you buy the items.

Thrashing your item is not an isk sink, constructing that item is. But to summarize the isk sink for constructing item (except outposts) is minimum, there is an isk sink for the manufacturing fee (if it is constructed in an npc station) and there is a fee for the trade good use if it is a t2 item... That's all, and that's not a lot as you see.
but... Destroying item is a MINERAL sink.
