What is with all this old post bumping anyway?!?! I mean, if this was low priority a year ago, why would it be any different today?

We pay for our training time dont we?
Why not have a skill continue training until it hits level 5. Simple. ------- Your 425mm Prototype I Gauss Gun perfectly strikes Guardian Enforcer, wrecking for 827.3 damage. |

Originally by: Wrangler If they implement a queqing system, it's very simple, either you go for the RP way and get up 4 am in the morning, though I don't get what RP and getting up early has to do with eash other :P Or you can use the queqing system. Simple. Though I don't think that a queqing system is really necessary myself. ;)
I'm with you... it's a nice idea but not really that Important, you always have some skill to get to lvl4 That's gonna take 8/9 hours and as you can stop and start training with no real penelty. you just need to manage training and timing better!

Well, if you're on vacation in Africa, it would surely be nice to have some queue system. Make it so you can do it only once per year or something. I'm still annoyed when I couldn't train any skills for over a week because of a vacation, and the unability to log on with the eve client where I was located!

The only time when you run into trouble training 24/7 is in your younger days when all your training is lvl 1-4, for that reason a system that starts training the next skill lvl would be a good thing IMHO. For older chars that have plenty of lvl 5s that can be trained and some really big ones ( like rank3+ lvl 5s ) I see no reason to change anything, it doesn't take much effort to set those up so they finish training at a time that's convenient.
Oh and you NEVER EVER LOSE SKILLPOINTS( except for dieing with a crappy clone ;) ), you can change skills without penalty, so if you see a skill is gonna finish at a bad time train another one. ~{When evil and strange get together anything is possible}~ A tool is only useless when you don't know how to use it. - ActiveX The grass is always greener on the other side. - JoCool |
