I recieved the following eve-mail upon logging in today:

Greetings Kraven Kor,
Due to a recent heavy Mesocricetus Auratus infestation in one of our major offices the SCC tracking systems have been experiencing severe problems in our data relays due to masticating deterioration. This has resulted in delays on escrow repayments on our behalf due to corruption or loss of data.
The SCC sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this temporary setback and hereby repays you a sum of xxxx ISK to cover your losses.

I think this may be due to a petition I had where I lost some items in plastic wrap.
But no money has been put into my wallet.
Help?

It sounds to me like it's related to the courier mission failures not returning rewards.

if you made money off of the loss like ship insruance and they give you back your ship they take the insurance payout
so if you did a mission, lost it and the shipping item instead and you sold that for the loss you got it would be a wash
but it doesn't sound like that happened
