SWF searching for that one special guy...oops, wrong forums. 
After 6 months with my current corp, I need to find a new home due to their inactivity. I'm looking for a smaller corp, one where I can pretty much be free to do my own thing and have some people to talk and laugh with along the way. I do enjoy participating in corp activities, don't get me wrong, but what I'm *not* looking for is a corp that demands x hours of mining per day and x amount of my isk for whatever reason. All I'm looking for is to meet some new people, make some new friends, and have a good time together playing a game that I'm terribly addicted to.  I use Teamspeak for voice comms, and I tend to take a lot of pee breaks due to my obsession with Diet Vanilla Pepsi and/or Bud Ice. Too much information there? Then I'm probably not your corp's kind of girl. 
I recently returned to the game about 6 weeks ago after a month or so off. My character's name is Tokay, an Amarr female with roughly 2.5 million skill points; I have enough isk to hold my own, and I really have no desire to PvP at this time. Pre-patch I enjoyed trading, and I am currently checking out agent missions for something new.
Please contact Tokay in game via evemail or convo. I live in the US and I play almost every evening, usually between the hours of 5pm - 1am EST (GMT -5, I think...).

Greetings Tokay,
I would like my group the Freelancing Corp to be known to you. Allthough we have stopped to activly recruit new members I feel that the description you give of yourself is to similar to that of the regular member of Freelancing corp. Allthough we are not as small as you may have wished we do fulfill the other qualities which you are seeking.
Our members enjoys the freedom to do what they want as long as its not piracy or thievery. Also our members enjoys the social side of our group the corp chat is very rarely silent let alone boring.
As for donation of your time or hardearned money to the well beign of the corp no such thing exists in our group. We are Freelancers. Your time and your hardearned money and items is all yours and should stay that way. The finance and the runs of teh corp expenses lies in this CEO's hands. And I am more then capable of keeping this corp running with no real aid. Allthough some of the members have choosen to donate isk to the corp funds allthough this is discouraged, the choice to do so have been their own and the funds they donated is still untouched and intact. Our group as you might notice is medium sized and thus you gaining alot of new friends are very much likely.
Since we do have good relations with several other corps there will be an opportunity for you to add even more friends should you choose to do so.
We cover most aspects of this game. Except as mentioned before none of our members are allowed to pirate or thieve. So chanses are high you will find someone interested in doing the same thing that you will be interested in doing. may it be Mining, Trading, NPC Hunting, Agent Missions or Manufacturing.

From what you say about yourself you sound like our kind of people. We are a moderatly small corp, all of us are friendly and active. We are on and active at pretty much every hour of the day and night. For instance I am on EST myself. We mine together, hunt npcs and generaly just have a good time. No strings attached to us, if you mine for yourself or if you want to mine for the corp it is totaly up to you. All that we ask is that you are active in the corp ie feed back on ideas and just chat right along with us. No fees or dues, just friendly chatting. I am open to eve mails or convos if you want to know more. Seeing as we have the same times to play I am sure I will be around. Good luck in your search for a corp.

Mining Unlimited Corp might be what you are looking for. We do have regular corp mining events that we strongly encourage people to participate in, but they are also paid events, and they are pretty much only once every week or 2. The amount of time a member puts in at mining events is pretty much up to them, but those who put in more time are paid more. Beyond that, our members are pretty much free to do what they want, as long as it doesnt include piracy or other activities that will reflect negatively on the corp. We have a number of Traders in corp that are busy making 30 or 40 mil a day doing trade runs. Many of our security team members are active Anti-Pirates on their off time, running around and seeing what Pkers they can waste. Everyone else goes off and does their thing as well, sometimes with other corp members, sometimes not, as they see fit.

hi - u sound like you may be sortd for my corp. there is no real sructure to the corp as we just make choices together and it is made up of all people who got to know each other through eve an dlike to have a laugh 
we smetimes have corp organised mines but we are a mining/manufacture corp and we try to keep making a profit form that based on a loose ideal that members can then use that for themselevs - in the [vague] hope that it will make them better suited for doign more many and varied things to helps us, this loose sructure is of no problem at present as we are very close knit as all members we can trust - convo/eve-mail me in game as of sunday and we can chat.
btw we are uk based but beign the geeks we are we are normally on till laste - i am at uni :) and one meber lives in seattle too.
