No, it comes with 'classic' style chunky blue underpants.
Unless you got one of the rare early 'unreal tournament' models. It came with a range of instagib rifles, and alternate face plates (with twitchy-eye as standard). He also has cotton boxers instead of the blue thing.
I won't mention the genitalia, as I have already been warned by the mods once (they're jealous).
