I note I now dont get the same amount of CPU I use to with them, I changed my fitout and now I cant go back to my original as I'm short on CPU.
Forget to add that to th patch notes ?
The only thing I've changed since I fitted it is train Electronics to 5 ( from 4 ) which you would think would help it.

how bizarre.
you haven't by any chance put any drone or missile rigs on your ship have you? cause that would hit your ships cpu.

Havent touched rigs yet. Have fitted another Co-Processor and have got some bonus :S

I also wondered the same i can remeber that photonic cpu upgrades had a bigger bonus than 8%

Beware of the difference between a Photonic cpu module and a Photonic I cpu module. Same goes for loads of other modules.

Yeah, well that wasn't the problem as I only had the same parts I originally had in there to put back in.

Perhaps the coprocessors didn't change but something else did? (i.e. one of your modules is using more than it used to?)

Phonetic CPU Enhancer I gave a bonus of -8,40000000000001 % according to the Item archive (aka Item Database which is never updated). If its giving 8% now, that might be your problem.

Thats the most obvious cause, but I thought they had already been nerf pre-Revelations to stop people mounting strip miners on BS's.
Fitted was, 8 Miner II's, 2 Mining Laser Upgrades on a Hyperion (What a waste etc) which I mine with because I can scram, web and drone to death anyone who thinks it funny to play with miners :) ( that and I'm PVE trained, not PVA* trained ). I had spare CPU and was wondering if I could squeeze another mining upgrade on, I put the 3rd mining laser upgrade ( which went offline ) on before going to undock to get another co-processor and was told I'd some how managed to draw more CPU than I had.
Not 5 minutes before I had been in a belt mining away with the two mining laser upgrades running.
*PVA = Player Vs Asteroid.
