I've only got a bounty from the smaller ships. Anything less than 50k bounty. Currently im running lvl4 missions in Empire, maybe that has something to do with it?

I just started doing missions again and noticed that I wasn't getting any bounty though in the overview it stated that the rat had something like 500k bounty on him? Is this due to the patch? Or is it a bug or something?
