So I've recently got my social skill to 3, and connections to 2 and I've gotten access to a lot of level II agents. To the point though, who do yall do missions for? I tried doing Caldari Navy...Needless to say, it's hard to do missions when you constantly lag out due to 700 other people running missions for the same agents ;P
I'm in a Drake btw, so I can handle 3's.

First, get out of Jita. You don't have to do missions for CALNAV. Other corporations give out the same missions. Second, get out of Motsu, Isenairos, Saila (sp). Its all fine with so many agents in one constellation but the lag is just.... bad.
Use this here to find a agent.

This is InForce on the character I was talking about, but uh...I really need a corp with which I can gain standing for continuously until I can do level 4s....Preferably one that can net me a faction ship. I'll look at that link however.

Any Caldari corp will give you a faction ship. Just need to meet the LP requirements for it.

Home Guard should have very reasonable assortment of combat agents. Try Vattuolen (sp?) (It's mid way between Hentogaira and Gekutami in Forge region), it should have all level agents for Home guard in it (from level 1 to level 4 altho level 4 agent in there is somewhat .. crap).
Or use one of those agent finding tools in web, sometimes they are a bit outdated but they atleast can point you towards good agent for you.

Dude, you'll thank(pay) me later. Start working for Lai Dai. They have a good lvl 3 agent in Nuken. Most people I've ever seen in local was 16. Anyways, you running missions for ISK now, but might want to get involved with other stuff later on. If you already have good standing with Lai Dai, you'll have access to plenty R&D agents. I do Invention, so I know this is a huge bonus. Also, you might want to try your hand at COSMOS missions. A lot of the agents in Okelen region is Lai Dai.
