We've talked in-game. No word on what might cause the gizmo to not accept your addresses - we don't run them, they are owned by Clan 30+ international gaming group (we cover a lot of different games).
The forums have a wealth of information about us, and eventually you'll have to get them working. I promote you to technical support. :)

They are drunk.
There's a west coast Americas community, probably numbers in the 15-20 range, old and with early bedtimes.
There's a decent sized APAC community, but I usually see 5-10 online when I log on during mid-afternoon / early evening. A few shift workers and Euro night-owls round it out. Figure 5-10 total online during slow periods, 20-25 during peak periods.

We've got a small backlog of applicants to process, get into the corporation and get situated. Give us a couple of weeks. If I've been talking to you on the forums and EVE-mails, you are part of that backlog, fret not. Recruiting and getting people into 0.0 is a little more time-consuming than working in Empire. I'll reopen the recruitment process in a week or two.
