Hello
I have been looking and looking and never seen a agent or a barge BPO on the open market. So could someone please share some light with me and tell me where I should look for these agents or markets where someone could get barge orginal prints and t2 prints also

You can not buy T2 BPO's from ORE stations but T1 versions are available there. If you dont like the odds of going for it into 0.0 yourself then with small search you should locate enough other threads about it with people offering to bring them out for you for some extra cash. If I remeber correct T1 prices are 500 mil, 1 bil and 2 bil (might be mistaken).

You cannot get T1 barge BPOs from ANY agent, period. T2 you might win from the Gallente SS engineering R&D agents....GL with that. heh.
Your best option is the For Sale forum here on eve-o, or maybe in Contracts. People run up to the NPC stations and bring back the BPOs and resell them in hisec Empire. Expect to pay a slight premium to the base prices for the barge BPOs--(500M, 900M, 2B are the NPC prices in the Outer Ring).
You could also try to make it to the Outer Ring, buy the BPOs you want, and then haul them back...however that area is kind of in the middle of two war zones and you'll probably go through Syndicate to get to it, which has a fair amount of gate camps. GL with that.

Not sure if it is worth spending 2 billion on a Covertor BPO... Consiting you have to get it out of 0.0 space.

I've been simply buying copys off the market, anything less than 1 mill per run is a good price (If i cant find any for that price on the contracts then i just contact someone who has an open contract and offer 1 mill per run, i have never been refused that price per run for the tier 3 one).
Not realy worth getting any BPO's or BPC's unless your either in a corp that is moving to 0.0 and needs to make their own barges for miners or want to invent hulks. I've never lost a barge in empire space (low sec), the rats cant offer any resistance with t2 warriors (if you leave them orbiting they are alwayse going to be closer to the rat then you are and will get locked first, they dont take much damage) so i've just been buying the ship in empire.
I alwayse thought the bpo's were being resold, didnt realize ORE was the one charging 500m, 1 bill, and 2 bill.

I just ran a disposable alt out to ORE space to check on their availability.
They're there to be sure. Plenty of them for sale.
The prices are 400mn, 900mn, and 2bn
More than I care to pay and bpc sales in Covetors on escrow are a dime a dozen for around 2.5mn or less per copy.

You can also go through low-sec Placid and Cloud Ring to get there without going through Syndicate. Set your waypoints as Orvolle,F7C-H0,4C-B7X.
I'm not sure if it's any safer, but it avoids the PF-346 and FD-MLJ hotspots.
