She doesnt sound that bad in the NPE. Seems the production value on the phrases we hear the most is just poor. Whoever past those through QA needs a serious talking to.

Am I being unreasonable by suggestion that if CCP Falcon was involved in any way shape or form, that he will argue that the two people who like the new Aura, represent overwhelming support for the new Donald Duck on speed voice? CCP Falcon has form in this regard.
I think youre correct and i suspect CCP's formula is something like this:
Out of all our subs only a "few" have complained = overwhelming support!
CCP have tried to cram too much into a single expansion again, I thought thats why they moved to a six week release schedule so we wouldnt get poor quality or broken features? I'd be happy with no major updates for a while if they used that time to fix all the bugs and add some of the "little things" we've been asking for, like a proper drone interface for example.
I've muted Aura on all my accounts now. CCP Falcon has given us the answer:

Things might change but next time they run a testing campaign, take part in it. You honestly think that would have mattered? Really? Seriously? SiSi sees what? maybe 0.5% of the player base?
I heard the new Aura voice on a well known Youtube channel and for the first time ever logged into SISI to make sure I wasnt hearing things. Those of us who thought the new voice was terrible said so on the SISI feedback thread and were completely ignored. But to my knowledge there was no specific request from CCP asking for feedback regarding the new voice.
In game I see lots of people complaining in local and corp chats but very few of them seem to care enough to come here and complain. Even when I suggest they do. Most people seem happy just to mute her.
I assume CCP have made the decision to take the atmosphere of the game in another direction so the slower Aura has been replaced with the more fast pace one. This does not appear to be something they want to discuss coz the only reply we've had so far is "nope"
I get why they had to change her = NPE
I get why they want to change the atmosphere = to make the game seem more dynamic.
But what I dont get is the poor production value of the phrases we hear the most.
Come on CCP throw is a bone here, we just wonna hear a voice that doesnt drive us insane after hearing it for an hour.
How that FC in an earlier post managed 12 hours I'll never know..
