Its more accurate to say the points where removed from showing up in game.
Another kicker is even thought the API is showing i have 2mil plus in sp on shield emission systems. In game its saying i only have level 4 trained in that skill. so after they ran that scrip it removed my level 5 in that skill and stopped my skill training because i then had the new skills in my skill q that didn't meet the req to be trained. "So a kicker to this is there other people probably out there with stopped q training because of that script."
Wouldn't surprise me if everyone in the game was effected by this bug. A lot of people may have been screwed out of skill points and don't even know it.
Out of the 4 pilots i had effected by this one was fixed and i didn't even realize he lost skill points till i looked into his sheet. 2 still have skill points over the skill cap of skills and the 4th had his skill points switch to a different skill.
Not true. I lost skillpoints because of this script. A week and a half ago I flew a harpy and died. Now, I no longer have caldari frigate V. Want to explain that?
I did lose skillpoints, possibly 30+ million of them. |

No your skill points are there. There probably in another skill or the main game isn't registering them. If you look thought your API like something with Eve mon you will see them. |

I will double check my API later but there not in game as my SP in game is 10 mil short.

I figured id help the GMs out with all my pilots and find where the missing skill points went for them. Maybe it will speed up the ticket. |

Nah man, eve-tracker app on my phone shows me like more than 2 million less SP than my character had this friday before downtime. Gets it from API. U'r so wrong dude. |

Don't look at total you need to check all your skills and see what has more sp then should. Also for some people like one of my guys the sp is there but in a skill that didn't get maxed out so he doesn't have any overage just the wrong skill with sp i never wanted it in.
With one of my guys how the bugged worked. I trained support fighters 3 and a few other skill. Then i switched up his skill q so he would train fighters 4 and 5. I didn't log in for almost a month till the day of the patch. All the points from fighters 4 and 5 i had trained went into support fighters 4 and 5. One of the big tells i wasn't nuts was he had no record of training support fighters 4.

Except there isn't any overleveled skills. New ones i didn't lvl too. |

I submitted a support ticket Fri or Sat last week, and still no response. Though I'm fairly patient, it's a bit of a headache.

As stated here, the script was executed last week. If any of you had Boosters on top of this issue. We are working on one for this as we speak.
If your toon did not had any boosters, and you are still having issues, then customer support will be able to assist you with this.

I didn't had any boosters and waiting for response since friday. Doesn't look like help to me. Well i gues weekend is weekend even for customer support. It's tuesday already though. |

Its just probably getting annoying to allot of people. I had 5 pilots effected by this and only 2 of them are fixed. Its been awhile sense patch day. |

I had Caldari Frigate to 5, for example, now I only have it to 4. That happened on friday. |

I didn't lose anywhere near what a lot of people have. Drone has dropped down to lvl 4, which leaves me unable to start any new skills that require Drone 5. On a positive note, Drone interfacing was unaffected. So i trained a it from 2 to 3. weird. |

Come CCP tell us something please.
They've already made comments about the fix actions and going forward.
ie, if you're still missing SP, you have to petition. There are likely many of these instances, so basically "get in line/wait your turn" :/
Wish they had said they pushed a patch for this sooner, seems like those that reported issues right away got resolved quickly, now who knows how long it'll take. Slightly less than a week at this point since I submitted one (several weeks now as an overall issue of missing SP though). |

Any way I filed another ticket, which I shouldn't have to do since I was one of the earliest to file after the patch, but whatever, it's only time + money...
I didn't realize it till I was reading the news thing about this from November 28th... but I was also affected in a similar way as Ashi. I didn't get anything overtrained beyond level 5 either, but mostly that's because I log in to EVE nearly every day with my 3 main toons on my 3 accounts.
However, I did notice shortly after EVE Ascension that 2 of my 3 toons had trained a bit beyond the amount needed for L4 on their skills they'd been training prior to the update. The third one hadn't, though. It was easy to notice thanks to the squares vs. two triangles appearance of partially trained skills now in the new character sheet.
I was puzzled, checked my skill training history, saw that they were skills I had just been working on but had moved on to new skills/new skill levels... shrugged, and moved on.
But now this thread shows me what had happened. Fascinating. I don't have any unallocated SP in game, but I'll have to check next time I log on whether those 2 overtrained skills past L4's boundary are still like that or not. I don't plan on training either to L5 anytime soon, so it's a bit irritating, but obviously not a huge deal. Just a bit of wasted training time and more partially-trained skill levels hanging around.

Login screen SP and character sheet SP have long disagreed. Especially when using skill training boosters. Used to be adding things to queue, hitting applying, etc... would autoupdate character sheet SP... now adding skills to queue (no apply button anymore, unless you consider (possibly) pointlessly pausing and resuming the new "hitting apply") does not update the SP amount... you have to close and re-open the character sheet.
I haven't checked, but hopefully doing the above also updates it for the login screen. |

I have honestly never experienced customer support being THIS slow to respond in ANY other place. This is a serious issue and should have been solved over the weekend, the FIRST weekend that is. |

Just to update, i've got a reply from support and I had lost 10mil Sp, I had lost 2.1mil as something went wrong on the patch and add training time when I wasn't playing.

Just got the 2.1mil that I was missing, the SP that was showing on my account was wrong after the update. GM can explain better than I can. |

It is now almost two weeks since I sent in a support ticket. I am assuming that emailing them and sending a support ticket is the same (if it is not, please let me know).
Having to wait even a WEEK is unacceptable for such an issue as the one we are facing, let alone TWO weeks. |

I just submitted a ticket because my problem has also not been resolved.
Last June, I filled up my queue with 3-4 months of training as I was taking a break from playing. A day or two before the last patch, I logged in and it was on the final skill in that queue, everything looked fine. Then, once the patch hit, the queue and skills were reset back to how it was when I originally set the queue in June.
