Guys, I get it. Nobody figured Yahoo would block you for spam. It's all over these forums and Reddit. I mean, it's not like you threw down email verification for everyone the same time you introduced a new model that would drive lots of additional verification emails. Right? Because that would be risky.
When you lock this thread and say, "If you're still having problems submit a ticket" can you also include what the ETA is for responding to those tickets? (and not the automated one, an actual resolution)
Folks are experiencing wait times according to their posts (and myself included) of 3-5 hours and going.
This is frustrating. The fact that you can't login to change your email address to a different service so you can verify it is a real pain and no doubt slamming your customer service team.
Temporarily disabling this "feature" could also be an option I would assume.

Working in support myself, I can already tell you that they won't be able to give you an ETA on a day like this, and the more you keep spamming, the longer it will take. Just write one (!) ticket, and wait your turn. I know it's frustrating, but keep in mind that Supporters are also just people with two arms and one head at most, and can only do so much at a time. They will sort it out, but they cannot work wonders. |

In case it helps someone else, I have a yahoo account and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time I tried to log into the game until the email hit my inbox. Once I received it and clicked on the authentication link, it was plain sailing. In the interim I had to find other amusement .... oh the horror! 
So... if you are willing to wait a couple of hours, you might not need to submit a ticket. As Neuntausend says "never play on patch day".

Firstly, it's not just yahoo.
If you have certain combinations of letters in your mail address then it will fail too.
Secondly, they already had many of our addresses they could have used for testing before the patch, but chose not to test.
They chose not to warn us that they would be filtering certain emails so that we had an opportunity to rectify it before patch day.
Support gets no sympathy from me, this is a problem they designed for themselves. |

I have yahoo mail....all of a sudden I got the codes to be able to log in...albeit a day late...JFYI...
Our corporation is recruiting! We live in Caldari high-sec and do mining, missions and-átrading.
