Worked through two accounts with TFA, both with gmail. Came to do my other two accounts and get the following error. Searched the forums and couldn't see a thread with this issue.
Your email address [email protected] is unfortunately not supported by our email provider and we are unable to send/receive emails from this address. Please file a support ticket to have the issue resolved by following the link below.
It's probably because my email address has SPAM in it. |

Same for me. Had to create a new account, a new character and play 10min to write here in forums.
No login on eve-websites. No email verification-mail (did it before patchday). No passwort reset.
No answer on petition.
This fucks me up. Waiting since yesterday.
Get this **** working.
In another thread i read, that this has to do with new Email-Filter and addresses like info@ does not working anymore.
CCP Logibro said ingame, that must be handled by a GM through a ticket. |

I have the same problem with my alt account. I have an info@ in my mail address and do get the same error message. No login to account management or game possible. My petition is unanswered since 24h  |

2 of my acc. are with a info@ are not supported.
Thats the problem if you have your own domain? This account with [email protected] works well.
The daily sent informationmessage ist very (un)useful. 
The should remove this stupid script!
We pay for the game and we're blocked because of "not thinking".

Hi
Same as you folks.  Cannot access my 2005 account (with ongoing subscription) because my email has "info" in it. I cant log in into ticket system or anything. I sent ticket unlogged and I got reply that I log in and write "I still need assistance for it" "Keyboard not detected, press F1 to continue!" anyone? 
So, bunch of nonpaying players CAN access Eve, while some of PAID users cannot. That's not very professional. Not at all!
I created this all acc just to be able to post this. |

my prob is the email address i used to open my main no longer exists . i tried to sort it before the 15th but all verification mails continue to go to my non existent original email . ive filled in the account recovery form 2ce now but still no joy, tho i've had a not so helpful response asking me to check my spam folders etc on my inaccessable email address ...
on the plus side , it forced me to make an alpha account and i got to enjoy the npe first hand

My partner is having the same issue on his main account.
I find it shocking that to say people are paying for these accounts and now cant access them CCP seem to be doing nothing or very little and I haven't seen 1 reply from CCP on any thread regarding this issue.

I think they doing a great job. I am in contact with GM's but after each answer by me, it take long to get an answer back because the stack is full again :) Iam only pissed of because this could be prevented if we told to change our email-adresses. And it took so long until someon officially said whats happend.
After i was asked to give a email for resetting the account, giving the info@ again, a GM told me that info@ and admin@ are not accedpted anymore. That took 2 day for that information.
Yesterday here https://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/support-status-after-the-release-of-eve-online-ascension/ tCCP said to inform us today about the secret security updates with Ascension.

I never got a warning that my mail address is no longer viable and GMs seem to simply ignore the issue by giving the same 5. Reply suggestions again and again.....
I have been using this mail adress for years and running postfix servers and email security appliances for years but never have I seen that someone is denied access due to the email address.
Honestly I do not care why CCP enforces this, I just want my mail addresses changed so I can finally log in again :( |

Agree with above post. 5 days without a response to a ticket? Are you kidding me?? I dont care what industry your in, that's pretty bad. What is worse is that they do not even seem concerned with informing or reassuring the community that they are working on the issues that remain. I hope they will turn it around. But for now it looks like we are stuck turning to each other for help. |

Yet another day passed by without any info from them, except generic reply.
Dear CCP if you don't like my (otherwise perfectly valid) email address, I don't like your game anymore and will not support it by paying or playing.
They ARE able to take my money from address with info@email but their game CANNOT use it. Tomorrow I'll contact PayPal and will ask my money back.

Updated my ticket with full name, date of birth, address, account name, chars, new email I wanted etc. May have speeded up things |

i'm still locked out of my main account due to the email i registered it with back in 2011 not existing anymore. i sent in a support ticket on the 14th nov , and a follow up last night.
i am still getting the verification email sent to the old email address every time i try to log in my main. obviously i cannot verify it due to it no longer existing.
just tried again there, no joy. starting to get a little peeved at not being able to play my main for 4 days 
(ticket no 308655) |

i've done this twice already 1st time on the 14th i think it was . got auto response last night ''check spam folders, whitelist customer support address etc '', but no reply to my following email yet .

Was I impatient too much? Was this a childish move? Would this be sorted possibly already today? Maybe a bit of everything.
From my point of view they should have: - warn players about email change in advanced - not make this move about banning certain email addresses
However their game their rules. I can do only what I did - whine and cancel. |

Gonna bump this up as i have the same problem with 1 out of 3 of my accounts!! Just will not receive confirmation mail via hotmail and absolutely no way to change it.!!! Account paid up for another month the week just before the patch and now i cannot use it! Well done CCP !!

A GM actually replied 2 days ago and said they had changed the email to my current usable address - either they did not or something overwrote their changes and it reverted to the previous incorrect address. So now I am wondering if my ticket will be ignored for the time being as having been 'fixed' already...  |

For me its done. Mail changed by GM and it works. The reimbursment for Omegas guaranteed by CCP when logging in, is not available at the moment. May be it will come. Ticket is updated.

Answering some questions then closing this thread.
1. The email verification change was announced about a month ago. 2. Opening multiple tickets on the same issue will cause further delays. Please update your ticket not file a new one. 3. GM's will be working through the weekend to answer tickets on these issues so please be patient.
