How many WCS's do you need usualy to brake away?
If 4 points are being used on you do you only need 4 WCS's?
Is 4 enough or do you need 6 WCS's
How about a gate camp, how many points do they usualy got on a victum?

Best way is to just stick all your low slots full of WCS. It's the only way to be sure. Also, make sure to use a lot of cap rechargers in your mids to keep those WCS running.

Well, fit all warp corp stabs in your lows, place a bunch of shield extenders in your mids to increase your sig radius a bit. Also, remmeber that if you see someone hostile in the system, particularly if they have engaged you then you should log off right away to prevent any chance that you'll actually become involved with other people in the game.
After you've logged back in to find your pod I guess it couldn't hurt to jump on the forums and complain about god/humans/pirates/global warming/deforrestation/the economy/nanos(?) because it is a well known fact that everyone on Eve-o cares about you and your crappy situation.
Alternately you could just stay in highsec and get to mining trit to keep my Harbingers cheap. Yarr etc. |

That's what I thought.
The reason I asked is that I wanted to practice PvP knowing I'm for sure going to loose but I wanted to at least practice more then just once. :)
After I get better at PvP then I will forget the stabs and give my ship an actual chance to win with the right modules.
Or gee I don't know, maybe I should just line up ten BC's and have a go Gee I must have at least 20 to spare, right?

Realy?! Why? Do they only fight people who are not interested, maybe they should kill eachother.
P.S. I just want to save my ship a few times untill I can give the campers a better fight. I'm sure they would find that more fun. I would.

Jeeezz, you¦re just begging for it arent you?
ok lets just say you were joking about fitting wcs in your pvp ship. my advice to you would be too practice in a cheaper ship than a BC. try it out a few times in your ibis:) then move up a notch and try it out in your frig etc. you big troll you

For the first serious post in this thread...
4 WCS defeats 4 points. However, each WCS reduces your locking range by 50%, compounded by each additional WCS, and it also increases your lock time by 100% for each WCS.
If you fit 4x WCS on your combat ship, you'll never lock anything and be dead by the time you did. Forget about WCS on combat fitted ships.
Because I said so...

Thanks but I would not want to fit all WCS's and gimp my ship, then the pew pewers would have no fare, of dying that is, and that would just be too easy and boring.

If you need practice you should not fit WCS, because with WCS you will have no practice and no chance of survival.

And yes some of what I said was just joking and the info I did need so thanks :)
Part of the forums is haveing fun joking around with eachother but I never troll, I do tend to come up with some goofy ?'s thow. :)

If you want to try pvp and ur fittings stabs to try it then u will probably get very bored of dying all the time very quickly and leave eve tbh. try just using t1 cruisers so if u die you don't lose much.

Edited by: valerydarcy on 02/04/2007 17:03:02 the secret to successful pvp is fitting a wcs in every low slot. I read in a secretly leaked future patch note that there will be wcs for mid and high slots with possibilities of later introducing rigs that boost each wcs by x10. i can hardly wait. TBH: Pirates fight each other *ALL THE TIME*. Do we take it personally? No. Do we whine about it on the Eve-o forums? No. Seriously. Heh, its all about the pew pew, who cares whether they're defenseless or defended?
