Yes, I'm using an alt. I don't want my main to be mail- and convo- spammed. Please don't send mails to this char either, as he was recently diagnosed with a terminal ailment and will soon be sent to the reprocessing center.
On to the post...
What I have to offer:
Yes, I have a boatload of SPs and I have a fair amount of PvP experience, but I'd hardly claim to be an expert or a 'professional' or anything like that. 10m gunnery, 14m spaceship command, 6m drones is the quick and dirty rundown of some skill group highlights. No, I'm not a capship pilot, although that's because I've yet to have a reason to train for one. If it's in the corp's interest, I'm not averse to training up for one.
Gallente-specialized, currently training to max out my combat command ship skills (only nominal gang skills at this point, though).
Willing to learn what I don't know. There's always something left to learn, and I like to seek out those things.
Reasonably knowledgeable about eve in general and certain areas specifically (industry, namely).
Self-sufficient, as long as there is decent ratting to be had nearby.
PE5 manufacturer.
Politically neutral.
All around good guy  .
I like to chat on vent and hang out, too.
US time zone.
What I'm NOT looking for:
I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT MINE. If you have required corp mining ops, then please PLEASE do not reply, as I have zero interest in mining. I've done entirely too much of it in my eve career and I just can't stand it anymore. It has nothing to do with not being willing to contribute, so don't take it that way, I just hate what my gameplay experience degenerates into while mining. And I will NOT pay $15/mo to hate playing the game. Is it obvious I hate mining yet..?
I'm frequently pretty busy with The Real World(tm). I tend to be on for a few hours, at least, daily, but I'm often doing work in the background that would preclude my active participation. Hence, I tend to 'hang out' a good bit. If your corp puts the game before life, then please don't reply, it just won't work out.
A corp that wants forumwh*res.. yeah, that won't work, as I don't really care about posting on the forums. In fact, I don't really care about eve politics at all.
No corps based out of the new drone regions.. just not interested, sorry.
Not interested in pirate corps at this time.
What I AM looking for:
Corp with good PvPers and also good leaders (and people that can recognize the difference...).
0.0 access/home (I don't mean ninja access either...).
Focus on small-gang warfare (I really have no interest in large fleet battles like the one that just happened... having participated in them before, I know all too well that I get more enjoyment from reading the battle reports afterwards than I do being lagged out and frustrated). Real preference is for roving gang warfare, as I find gate camping pretty dull too.
Good ratting--due to a recent purchase, I'm relatively broke atm and need access to the means to bolster my wallet. I don't want handouts, just point me towards some juicy rats.
A reasonably active corp (approx 10-25+ members online during reasonable US times).
A corp with a good foundation (i.e., not going to disband in 6 months) that I can call home for the rest of my career, hopefully (I'm optimistic, btw).
In general, I'm a very laid back guy who sees Eve as a social pursuit in addition to my real life, not in place of it. If you get your underwear all in an uproar because someone doesn't show up for a 'required' op, then don't reply--I have no need for an additional stressor in my life.
General rule of thumb: If your corp doesn't meet any of my criteria or if what I have to offer doesn't entirely meet your criteria for new recruits, then please don't reply. We'll end up just wasting each other's time.

Interesting... lots of requirements though...
Whether we meet your criteria strongly depends on your affection for territoriality. If you absolutely must have your own outpost with your own pos then we are not for you...
If you are looking for a corp that does nothing but pvp, and expects their members to be self-sufficient you'd probably be at the right address.

Re-Awakened Technologies Inc might suit you - we're an RP corp, and what former non-RPers have said to me is that they've found it broadens the game for them - having in character likes and dislikes, personal goals not related to skills and ships, that kind of thing, adds a bit of depth and of course, there's the fun of playing a part completely unrelated to your normal self.
We're quite happy with folks putting real life first - I don't think we've ever had a "required op", only asked for as many to show up as possible.
We're currently fighting an empire war against PIE Inc and Delictum 23216 - two opponents with very different fighting styles. Small, fast gangs are a must for this kind of fight, as empire warfare is all about psyching the opponent into taking a fight that he probably can't win. We also run regular anti-pirate ops.
As a corp, we do a lot of non-run-of-the-mill things, and by 60 mil SP I suspect the normal grind is fairly dull for you. Complex running is our speciality, along with Cosmos missions, and we're broadening into exploration. We're highly active, and I think it says something about us that we have great employee retention. For commentary on our PvP abilities and leadership, check our recruitment thread here and you'll see a few comments from the folks we're fighting.
We're very communistic in approach, and goal driven - we help each other out a lot and we always know what we're working towards.
We don't hold any 0.0 space ourselves as an alliance, but we have access to 0.0 through NAPs with many parties - areas include Great Wildlands, Providence and we have a NAP with an alliance in the new drone regions but are still working on NAPs for the pipe there.
We do have mining ops but they're not mandatory - corp members are best used at what they're best at, so if you prefer to earn in another way, that's fine.
My one concern with our fit for you would be whether we have enough members in US timezones for you - if you're remotely interested, drop by one of our public channels: RTI-IC or RTI-OOC, and grab one of our US members and ask how they find it. I think there's generally enough overlap between those of us who have yet to learn how to sleep and the US timezones for them to be fairly well companied, and we're constantly looking to strengthen that side of things so that the corp will have numbers 23/7.

Darkstar 1 lives in drone land (that is our home), But we have access to areas with bounty rats, which i guess is your main concern with drone space.
We are a corp mainly focused around CAP ships and PVP with cap ships... which often means fleet warfare.. so thats a bad thing for you as well...
However.. we do have quite a lot of members with your addiction.. small fleet warfare, roaming around for fun, I am convinced we can hook you up with about 20 people within our corp that shares your interests and timezone.
Consider us, if you ever tire of ganking bad people in small fleets we can offer you everything else in eve as well (except pirating, that is a NONO in DS1).
DS1 has about 180 members, 60+ cap ships, insane ambitions in all directions, good and broad leadership, an average sp level of 25+ mill sp, mature membership and a LOT of fun.

The Nine Gates is a pvp corp in a pvp alliance deep in 0.0 - Esoteria. We have our own outpost and the logistics to support it.
We have daily of pvp with plenty of targets nearby. Gangs range from friggies right up to cap ships and experienced FC's to run around with.
While we do mine to fuel the poses and to build the ships, it isn't mandatory; everybody contributes in ways that are fun for them. This is, afterall, a game and we play to have fun. This is also less important than RL and we treat it that way. We're a mature group that are pretty easy going.
We've got good rats; good population during Euro and US peak times and growing coverage for Aussie hours as well; we're stable and have been around for a couple of years.

Hi,
We are a midsized, mixed timezone 50% US 50% Euro player, 0.0 based(no we are not in the new regions) laidback kinda corp.
We are not in an alliance or will be. We want to stay as far away from the political BS that goes arround in those alliances and we have a minimal list of blues. So alot of shooty shooty.
During normal US and Euro timezones we got between 15-20 people online.
It is forbidden to say the M-word within our corp.
We got some brilliant and expierenced FC within our corp.

Hey,
If you're looking for active US friends and many pvp opportunities in a 0.0 hunting ground then have a look at Agony Unleashed of Agony Empire.
About us: We're a close-knit group of friends and pvpers that originally began as a pvp-university for introducing and teaching pvp in 0.0 to new players and new pvpers. We go against the traditional alliance pvp ideas and are always inventing and developing new pvp tactics. A year later, we have now become a major force in Pure Blind and our pvp-university is only a small part of what some of our guys (instructors) do. We're now looking for more experienced pvpers who enjoy fun pvp with good friends.
Stomping Grounds: We run NBSI with a home in the middle of Pure Blind and roaming gangs into all the other northern regions.
Politics =  : Agony takes a nuetral stance as we don't like dealing with politics. Actually, we have no NAPS which means plenty of targets ;).
Fun PVP: Our pvp is focused on strategy, teamwork, guerrilla warfare, and new tactics development. We fight with all the major entities up here and we continue remain undefeated for K/L stats. This aside, we're very laid back but serious when we need to be in pvp gangs, and all about having fun (No dealing with politics, lag fest fleet battles, or staring-contest pos warfare).
We believe RL > EVE: and as such, there are no *manditory* activities in Agony. Some people mission, trade, complex, rat, or pvp for isk but they do whatever suits them and don't do what doesn't sit well with them. Afterall, its a game, and we all play for fun.
