See Wrangler's post. Apparantly the servers were taken down to fix a possible exploit.
And to clarify; Eve is on GMT, CET is currently two hours behind GMT because of daylight savings. Evetime is 17.16 now.

Currently GMT is UTC+1, so GMT+1 was 19:07. EVE is on UTC, not GMT.

GMT is GMT and the same as UTC.
CET is normally GMT+1, but during summer CET ceases to exist and becomes CEST which is GMT+2.

When in about about the time, go by the forum time-stamps, they're the same as the EVE-time. There should be an ample amount of posts reflecting what the time is right now :)

GMT is GMT it never changes, it is always GMT currently it is 15.27 GMT...

Actually, it was 17.27 GMT, not 15.27

Since the servers were taken down to investigate a possible exploit, my guess is that the ones who are on the server now wants to make sure that the problem has been fixed before letting people back on.
