Madam Kim, I offer my sincerest apologies that you feel as though I have slighted you and your prescription that I am of a hostile nature. I do not desire hostilities, I merely wish that you would abandon such violent determinations toward the Federation and her citizens for the greater good. That said, I do not feel it is within my capability to convince you of otherwise, thus, if it would mean an end to this paltry conflict, I accept your challenge on the request that a set of modest conditions are met:
- The duel will be conducted as such: A formally requested and honored duel that will not result in a loss of Security Rating on our behalf.
- The duel will be conducted between Frigate-class vessels.
- I shall make no concessions toward the armament and fitting of my vessel, it will be fit as I desire.
- The location of our conflict, while I prefer a high-sec location to prevent interference, is largely up to you.
- I require advanced notice of the time and location, that I may have time to meditate and prepare.
- My actions and behavior are formally representative of myself and not my affiliation with the ILF, as they are not formally aware or facilitating of this debacle.
If these conditions are met, then I will meet you in battle as you so desire, that we may end this.
