I was wondering if some one knew how mutch standing we can have.
I am working for Wiyrkomi, its wiew to me is 7,15 with out skills and my agent's wiew to me is 6,98 also with out skills. How high can I go? 10.00?

9.9 is the maximum, 10.0 is theoretical maximum

9.25 with Boundless Creation, and crawling gently towards 9.5, at which point I'll give up and go back to shooting at people for a while.

are these numbers with connections or not? I mean I should be able to get 9,99 in standings with out my skills and there fore over 10.00 with my skills. well I guess I will find out in next couple of days :)

The scales are logarithmic: the difference between 9.99 and 9.999 is, roughly, just as great as the difference between 0.00 and 9.99. So if your base standing is that high, your skills will make effectively no difference.
At least, so I'm led to believe.

It says that Connections gives you a 4% increase in standing ... and the 4% is calculated from the difference between your current standing and 10.0. Thus, at 9.99 your skills will literally have no effect on your standing.

Your connections skill will boost your standing from 9.99 base, to 9.99 effective
Connections is 0.04 * (skill level) * (10-(current standing)) for a bonus.
Ex. 0.01 standing with a corp with L4 connections (o.o1 so connections goes into effect) would give you a 1.598 standing. (0.04*4*(10-0.01)
So at 9.99 standing this would be 0.04*5*0.01 for your max, giving you a connection bonus of 0.002.
So if you have 9.99, your connections gives you a bonus that is so negligable, you wont even see it
