This skillw hore is one of those idiots. I suggest you get these skills to market in Jita ASAP and make a few hundred million while you can. 
I have a better idea, since I plan to do the mission multiple times ( easy money, from the implant rewards ), I might just do that.
There is another element to the market that very few people are exploiting, I am sure true traders can think of what I am talking about.

Its not loot, its a reward.
I have made 45 million and perhaps 2 million from people buying the required mission items for 200% markup ( mind you thats better then the 70,000 isk Tracking Computer being sold ).
I can't say that I hope more people purchase it because they are lazy, even if I have to sell it for less to make it worth them not doing really really boring missins.

It was removed, then placed back, but the skillbook is still removed as a mission reward for the time being per the patch notes I would imagine.
