EVE Search - Tech 3 and the romors

In any case, last i saw anything offical from CCP they said sometime in early 2004. I think this christmas stuff is being perpetuated by the normal the sky is falling players. If a CCP dev/GM sees this, can you give us the ETA on Shiva?
