I want to suggest small addition to corporation managment interface:
Salary.
Corporation already have possibility of half-automatic payment for shares keepers - it's just possibility to determinate relations between Corporation and share keeper, but not between Corporation and memeber.
What can i do if i, as CEO, what to engage a pilot for continues work? I can: - To divide this work on many-many contracts. It's not comfortable and not every possible. - To pay some isks by-hands. It's not comfortable too (Corporation can have too many members and CEO can't remember how, when and whom to pay) - To give shares for members and pay dividients. But is this case i will loose part of corporation control - i must trust for members absolutly in this case.
I suggest make possibility to set salary value for every memver and generate corporate bill from member to corporation 1 time in week (or in 30 days). This suggestion will help make relations Corporation <-> Member more formalized and accurate, and it will help easy to build part of corporation busines-processes.

I'd like to see something in between, personally. Something like shares, but that you (the CEO) can take away at will and don't allow votes. I don't mind members being able to vote on stuff, but I *do* mind people leaving the corp and still being able to potentially screw up voting. Or quitting the game and still get paid via dividends. ---

-Salary payout [enter amount to be paid to members] this is deducted from corp wallet.
-Select members receiving payout (it could keep last payout information for repeating payments) This way you can add and delete your salary sheets as needed.
-Each member receiving payment has an option(slider,text box,up/down arrow next to text box) to select a % amount of the total payout
-Hit confirm and the isk is spread to each member on the salary list.
Example:
[100,000,000] Salary payout
Members:--------------% of pay----- notes Lord Artemis ---[50%] -- burden of command Primary fighter in corp ---[10%] -- kept mining fleet safe Head of Industry ---[20%] -- built 10 battleships Recruitment officer ---[20%] -- brought in 5 members
[Confirm]
You can do this weekly/monthly/daily/as needed and you have the flexibility to change the amount dependent on good/bad income weeks.

Which post do you mean? I agree if your talking about the OP, it is a good idea but somewhat either vague on description or too complex.
My post was basically a simple user defined form that splits an amount of money based on the % input by the CEO or director.

It will be nice, if i want to award concrete activity of concrete pilot. But In my post i mean other thing: CEO know, that processes in corporation is under control and all production/war chains is worked perfectly. In this case CEO must pay involved members by previous agreements. Example: 1. Corporation conclude treaty with member for corporate hauling. CEO can't analyze value and frequency of hauling. Hauling is required not only for corporation, but for members too. Hauler whant recieve some kk isks for week and promise to make his job well (CEO can easily check it - if he can hear words of corporation members ). CEO every week paying a bill for member (or not pay - if job continuesly not done ) 2. Corporatinon need to fill market in 0.0 station by goods, maked from corporation minerals. This job defy analyze - and must be payed by concrete sum every week/month - this decision will convenient and corporation and manufacturer division. 3. Condition for PVP division good work - is free space for corporation carebear :) This job defy analyze too - and must be awarder by concrete sum too. If PVPers make they job - it's a problem of they officer. 4. Diplomat of corporation - similarly as PVP
I can think out many other examples of jobs, that can't or difficult to be divided of contracts or one-time payments.

sounds like a nice idear
I would like a slightly different impleentation though
have each title/role/person have a salery multiplier (0% to say 500%) all multipliers apliceble to a pilot would be used to get a final value upon commanding pay sallery 10M (=custemizeble ammount) it would calculate what each member gets (list) and post you a total and ask confirmation for payment.
