If you are asking for what I think you are EvEMon can do just that. It can take your windowed mode EvE look just as it does in fullscreen but still behaving as if it was in windowed mode so that you can open your internet browser or such over it.

if you are doing it in a gang with similary fitted stealthbombers go with racial, 2 racial and a warp scram maybe, half the group warpscrams half of them web all with 2 racials.
