Or a better "What IF?!??!" question would be: What if purple time traveling fedos took over a factory and produced tech10 mining lasers that could beam trit straight through the walls of a station and mined all veld rocks simultaneously? Then what if that pile of trit was so perfect that even the Emporor declares it holy and orders all combat activities that might endanger the pile to be stopped? What is the point of him to keep saying this, when the war is against PIE and against their free movement within the Domain region and the Amarr system specifically? It seems he wants SF to pack up, go over there and attempt to dislodge them from thier highly entrenched and highly defended 0.0 POS locations. Again, never has SF said that they wanted to disrupt the CVA POS instillations in 0.0, and instead wanted to demonstrate that PIE (and CVA by proxy) is more interested in their 0.0 instillations than in the very space and Empire they so loudly proclaim is theirs. What is the point of 'expanding Amarrian rule' when you just throw away the core systems of your homeland? I remember when Oracle caught all kinds of hell for not patrolling Pator against CVA attacks when we were in Curse. Seems like this is the beginnings of the same sort of situation. CVA must decide what is more important, 0.0 happy hunting grounds or the actual Empire that they are supposed to be supporting.
