wont work.
skill that gives you extra hull. if player ejected then the hull that was keeping the ship togheter is no longer there. hp drops 5-25%
a player is pretty often the only thing keeping a dmgd ship togheter. if he ejects the ship gets destroyed.
Innocent child how you thought you knew me understood my ways my dark needs the hunt is not the thrill Im after I want the kill the conquest to be your master |

Dont need all that.
Just make missions fairly easy to probe again and we're square. Say what? |

Like DE said in first posts, dont ask for easier life, ask for easier targets.
You want low-sec to be a no-sec analog, well sorry, if you want tactical stuff like dictors then you got no-sec for it. Low-sec is still empire space, thus still have rules. Why make life better for only one side? Im not a miner nor full time hunter. Nor im a pirate. But well, if OP asking for a ship disable and etc etc etc, then maybe extend aggro timer to be able to catch attacker? Improve sentry damage to make pirates work together to tank them?

Improve sentry damge. put megacyte into belts. put nicer rats into low-sec belts. give missions better rewards in 0.0. get rid of MoM's from lowsec.
that'd work?

Quote: Why don't you read my post a few posts above? I basically said the same things without being a complete ***hole.
Yeah, I feel a little bad about it now, in hindsight, the only people I LIKE to flame is CCP, tbh. That's probably why I would never make a good pirate, too damn regretfull.

Oi Just an idea here: Implement hacking devices that give people the ability to hack into their targets ship starting at ~50% hull, so they can trigger the eject, so there wont be any "noes i wont surrender my ship..kill meeeh puhleeeeez!!11elevenzomgnerd". Ofc you would have to limit the amount of how often one can try to hack (lets say the AI shuts down every outgoing / incoming signal after the 3rd noticed try to hack it or so). Also there should be firewalls you can fit, or counterhacking / countermeasures in any form. Nxt lvl of electronic warfare ;p (e-warfare ? THIS IS MADNESS !!^^)

Please don't increase sentry dmg, that's absurd. Sentries put out a lot of dmg. Even most BC's can only tank them for a very limited time. And if anything even remotely fights back, say a cruiser, they're dead meat. Ofc. lot of pirates work together to overcome such problems, but that's the idea, right?
Established pirate corps will always have the ships and numbers to tank sentries unless you make them intankable. Thus increasing the dmg making it harder but still possible for bs/carriers etc. will only result in them bringing bigger numbers/ships. And everybody can say oh look those piewats need bc's to kill poor haulers (and tank 350dps sentry dmg... but pssst) coz they suck.
I live in lowsec and there are practically no camps anymore. 99% of the time travelling is totally safe! Really no need to change anything there. Camping in lowsec is not easy, but still doable if you cope with sentries and wtz. That's how it is intended i think. But camps in low are really not a common problem since Revelations as far as I can see.
As for the other side: Rewards in lowsec should be improved to reflect the actual risk especially for belt ratters. Not so much for mission runners i think. But lowsec needs something a little bit unique that brings people there. Otherwise people will prefer to join a 0.0 alliance and ignore lowsec, but there should be an incentive to be there that really differentiates it from .0.
The strcuture idea is a bit off i think. It would be nice if piracy was more viable (=better, bigger and well-fitted targets) but not in this way. I mean imagine what money would be made with that in lowsec and .0? People don't need to buy new ships, because they just ganked an ishtar yesterday and well it's basically free, lol. Not good especially with inflation. And the humiliation if a "victim" beats the pirate and boards his shiny ship and laughs away, omfg. Only makes pirate want to kill more haulers, because they don't take you in structure normally.
