Interesting feedback - the owl was actually a stylised version of a photograph of an owl just about to grab a mouse! I use photographs to capture the overall 'shape' of something, but use more simple lines to depict the subject. :)
Will have a go at making it more dramatic

i said i'd do something, here it is.
i dunno if its your liking cuz they're very reduced, yet still too much details for a striking logo, but i wont have time to work on it till tomorrow.
oh yeah, i couldnt resist, the concept is from Psygnosis, i made the owl by myself though. the owl i used is a strix owl, but i dont know how much you can recognize the strix in it >.<

For general design, I still like Nova Z's the best. The text is excellent. However, my favourite logo is Oberoonmoon's at the moment.

I hope you understand I wasnt after you Nova, but more curious if the starter of this tread are alive.. maybe he had talked to you already for what I know. Just curious on the progress.
Anyway, Im willing to wait on your contribution Nova, before they decide anything

Okay, one more shot. I've kept this really rough but again, if you like the concept then the whole thing can be tweaked, smoothed etc etc...
I think it's more 'aggresive' than the last version

Sorry for replying so late myself (been away on a trip the last days). When I first saw Novas contribution, I thought WOW, here is the winner, and to my surprise both won
