Hi!
I need a ship that fits most, preferrably all of the following specs:
It can run lasers, and preferrably has a bonus to them.
Has atleast one, but pref. 2-4 missile hardpoints.
Can passive shield tank well.
Has atleast 25m3 dronebay, but bigger is better.
Is cruiser or battlecruiser sized.
Price and availability is irrelevant.
Help?

lasers and a passive shield tank? AND 2-4 missile hardpoints?
go for something caldari, then at least you'll have the tank and the hardpoints.
Otherwise go for something khanid...

Phantasm.
No drone bay though.
Will be a bit hard making the passive shieldtank work - but hey, with rigs it's doable :P

2 LSE II, EM Hardener II, Thermal Hardener II
PDS II, 2xSPR II, 3 Shield Flux Coils II
2 Core Defence Field Purgers
It is a total waste of a nice ship, but you asked for it.

passive shield tank and laser? you know, passive shield setups result in very low cap regen. lasers need a lot of cap.
try looking up jove, you might find the ship you desire there...

Availability irrelevant? Guardian-Vexor. Has a big dronebay, missile hardpoint, lots of mids for passive shield tank, enough grid and cap to think about lasers, cruiser sized. No laser bonus though.

Passive tanks can have high cap regen. Its a choice to have low cap regen not something your limited to.

an apoc
has the two missile hard points has the drone bay it's amarr so can put lasers on if you want
7 low slots filled with shield power relay II's stick a load of nos on and lasers and you have the ship you want 4 passive hardeners in your mids
does that count?
