Well, the Law is written in a very cryptic way. And often misunderstood. The current jurisdiction suggest that ur practice is against german law (see VG Hannover GÇô Urteil vom 28. November 2013, Az. 10 A 5342/11. 28. November 2013 ) exceptions exist in the FeV, GwG, SigV and TKG, neither of which apply here. The statement from the BMI is p useless as they are no judicial power (compared to the ruling above)

Hey! The CSM for example was crucial in helping us get the Clone State features right in Ascension. They helped us know what we had right and guided us to a better path on some other parts of it. They've been a regular asset for the dev teams in chat channels throughout the term (we have one for each team and the CSM using HipChat). Devs have approached them regularly for a sentiment/sanity check on a bunch of changes and features.

We really can't learn much of what they are doing because of the NDA.
Most of what they can't talk about is temporary and we try to do as little as we can of using the CSM as a vault for secrets :).
